BBQ chef hire is quoted per person, from around £55 per head for a relaxed grill-and-salads spread through to £110+ per head for a full live-fire feast with canapés, sharing boards and dessert. Ingredients, charcoal, cooking, service and the clean-down are all included in the quote.

Gus can cook on your grill or bring his own charcoal setup, including a Weber kettle and skewer kit. He brings knives, boards, marinades, charcoal and all serving equipment — you just need outdoor space, a work surface and access to water.

Live-fire cooking with French, Mediterranean, North African and Asian influences: paprika spatchcock chicken, tandoori and satay skewers, whole fish and seafood, grilled asparagus and seasonal vegetables, dressed salads, flatbreads and dips, finished with a seasonal fruit pastry or chocolate plate.
